Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their automotive preferences, needs, and desires.
    • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing options, and final purchase decisions.
    • Provide personalized product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and unique characteristics of our inventory.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
    • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the luxury and exotic car market, including new models, performance enhancements, and technological advancements.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including specifications, features, options, and pricing, to effectively advise customers and address their inquiries.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences, and use this information to refine sales approaches and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the sales process efficiently from lead generation to closing, utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales tracking systems to organize and prioritize tasks.
    • Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as finance, service, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics established by dealership management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including sales contracts, finance applications, and vehicle registration documents.
    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory status to facilitate efficient operations and reporting.
    • Assist with showroom presentation and vehicle merchandising efforts to create an inviting and visually appealing environment for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury or exotic car sales, is highly desirable.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing options, leasing programs, and insurance requirements.
  • Passion for luxury and exotic automobiles, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing this passion with others.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
